Recommended in situations of increased demand for product ingredients, e.g. during prolonged physical exertion, as well as in situations of increased thirst and exposure to increased loss of fluids from the body as a result of sweating on hot days, as well as diarrhea or vomiting as one of the various sources of maintaining the intake of at least 2.0 l of water per day, in order to maintain proper physical functions of the body.

Recommended daily dose: 2-3 tablets. 1 tablet should be dissolved in 200 ml of water.
